      The Service also automatically collects, through its servers and the use of cookies and similar technologies, information that tells us how you use the Service and may include:
      • • Internet Protocol ("IP") address used to connect your computer to the Internet;
      • • Computer, device and connection information, such as browser type and version, operating system, mobile platform and unique device identifier (“UDID”) and other technical identifiers;
      • • Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") click stream data, including date and time stamp, referring and exit URLs, search terms you used and pages you visited or searched for on the Service; and
      • • For location-aware Services, the region, city or town where your device is located in order to provide you with more relevant content for where you are in the world.
      We may use and disclose information that does not reveal your identity or permit direct association with any specific individual, such as browser and device information, anonymous usage data and aggregated information, for any purpose, except where we are restricted by law. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined.

    We also may share your personal information with sponsors, joint venture partners and other non-affiliated third parties, including entities for which we are acting as an agent, licensee, application host or publisher, that wish to send you information about their products and services that may be of interest to you. However, we will not share your email address with such third parties.

    In addition to the disclosures identified above, if you are a clinician, the practice and personal information provided about you through the Service may be incorporated into healthcare clinician databases or directories maintained by LexisNexis.

    The following notice supplements our privacy policy for residents of the State of California:

    In addition, if you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 as amended (“CCPA”), you may request that we disclose to you the following information covering the 12 months preceding your request: (i) the categories of personal information we collected about you and the categories of sources from which we collected such information; (ii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling or sharing personal information about you; (iii) the categories of personal information about you that we sold or shared and the categories of third parties to whom we sold or shared such information; and (iv) the categories of personal information about you that we otherwise disclosed, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such personal information. You may request to correct inaccuracies in your personal information. You may request to receive a copy of your personal information, including specific pieces of personal information, including, where applicable, to obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format. You may request that we delete personal information collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. You may request to “opt-out” of your personal information being sold to certain third parties. This right may be exercised by submitting Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information request.

  6. Children’s Privacy
    We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 or target the Service to children under 13.

    You can manage your communications preferences by using the “opt-out” or unsubscribe mechanism or other means provided within the communications that you receive. We reserve the right to notify you of changes or updates to the Service whenever necessary.
